Every MediCooler comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If the product does not work properly, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The statutory warranty also always applies.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. You can read how to register a return and where to send the parcel on the returns page.

That depends on the temperature range of your medication and how long you will be on the go. For 2−8°C, choose between the electric cool box and a cooling bag with gel packs; for 16−25°C, the evaporative cooling bag. The product finder gives you the right answer in a few steps.

Yes. All MediCooler cooling bags are allowed in hand luggage and can go through security. For the medication itself, keep a medication passport or a doctor's statement in English to hand, and you will get through security without any discussion.

Order on a working day before 16:00 and we will dispatch it the same day. Delivery times differ per country:

• Netherlands: delivered tomorrow
• Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
• Germany: 3 to 5 working days
• Poland: 5 to 7 working days

You will receive a track-and-trace code as soon as the parcel is on its way, so you know exactly when your cooling solution will arrive.
