We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. HOW DOES MEDICOOLER OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Medicooler has information about you because you have provided that information to us.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:
INSIGHT
You can always view your own (personal) data and change them if necessary in your account. If you want to see the personal data that has been recorded about you at Medicooler, you can request access.
MODIFY
If you want to make changes to the personal data that you have seen in response to a request for access and that you cannot change yourself in your account, you can submit a request for this to Medicooler. You can request that Medicooler change, correct, supplement, delete or protect your data.
RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request Medicooler to limit the processing of your personal data.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
If certain processing takes place on the basis of the 'legitimate interest' of Medicooler or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
DATA TRANSFER
You have the right to obtain your personal data from Medicooler. Medicooler will provide this in a structured and common form, which can easily be opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider.
REVOKE CONSENT
In all cases where the basis for certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we are no longer allowed to process that data. As a result, Medicooler may no longer be able to provide you with certain services.
RESPONSE BY MEDICOOLER
A request can be sent to info@medicooler.nl . Medicooler will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after Medicooler has received such a request. If Medicooler rejects your request, we will indicate in our response why the request is rejected.
RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
The data can be passed on to:
- Parties involved in the execution or fulfillment of an agreement between you and Medicooler
Medicooler may be obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.
TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
For (for example) technical and operational reasons, it may be necessary for your (personal) data to be transferred to companies affiliated with Medicooler outside the European Economic Area. Because privacy protection regulations there may not provide the same protection as within the European Economic Area, Medicooler will use the Privacy Shield or the EU Model Clauses to protect your privacy as much as possible. If that is not possible, Medicooler will ask you for permission to transfer your (personal) data to countries without an adequate level of protection. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DOES MEDICOOLER USE THEM?
